Which one is right for you?
The Day Report focuses on one selected storm date near the property. It’s built to document event-day evidence, including in-scope SPC reports, nearby storm context, storm timing, and supporting radar imagery for that particular day.
The 5-Year Historical Report is an address-level historical evidence index. It shows hail, wind, and tornado reports within 10 miles of the property over the past 5 years, with an Evidence Summary at ≤ 3 mi (primary) and ≤ 5 mi (nearby context), plus a satellite frame for property orientation. NEXRAD and SPC Outlook imagery are not included.
