Day Report
Focuses on one selected storm date near the property. Documents event-day evidence: in-scope SPC reports, nearby storm context, storm timing, and supporting radar imagery for that day.
5-Year Historical Report
Address-level historical evidence index. Hail, wind, and tornado reports within 10 mi of the property over the past 5 years, with an Evidence Summary at ≤3 mi (primary) and ≤5 mi (nearby context), plus a satellite frame for property orientation.
Reports vary based on address — some may have less evidence overall due to sparse data in the area.
