1. What We Collect

StrikeMaps collects the information needed to provide the Service, including account details such as your name, email address, and sign-in provider; order details such as the address, report selections, delivery email, and any contractor profile information you choose to provide; and basic usage information about how visitors interact with the site.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment, subscription, and refund status information from Stripe, but we do not see or store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, deliver paid and included Storm Report PDFs, send transactional email, process payments and subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, improve the Service, and measure advertising performance.

3. Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate StrikeMaps. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms:

• Firebase for account services and data storage.
• Stripe for payments and subscriptions.
• Resend for transactional email.
• Mapbox for maps and geocoding.
• Vercel for hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring.
• Google Ads for advertising measurement.
• Meta for advertising measurement when configured.

4. Cookies and Tracking

StrikeMaps uses essential cookies for signed-in sessions. Google Ads and Meta may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ad conversions when those tools are enabled. Vercel Analytics is designed to run without cookies. We may also use browser storage for simple interface preferences.

5. Email

We send transactional email such as account verification, report delivery, billing-related notices, and support replies. You can contact us at support@strikemaps.com.

6. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and support report verification. Account information is generally kept until the account is deleted or no longer needed.

7. User Rights

You can request an export or deletion of your account information by emailing support@strikemaps.com. We may need to keep certain records where required for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, support, or report-verification purposes.

8. Children

StrikeMaps is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it.

9. International Use

StrikeMaps is operated from the United States and is intended for United States users. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as StrikeMaps changes. Material updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” line above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
